TERMS AND CONDITIONS
| The Hotel has following Terms & Conditions | |
| 1 | Valid photo identity and documentation shall be produced before occupying the room |
| 2 | The tariff may change without prior notice |
| 3 | Taxes and duties shall be applicable over and above the tariff mentioned |
| 4 | Prior booking shall not be refundable in case room is not occupied as planned |
| 5 | Prior booking shall be valid provided advance payment is made |
| 6 | Early check in and late check outs shall be chargeable additionally |
| 7 | The official check out time shall be 9.00 am |
| 8 | Liquor or any intoxicated items are not allowed in the hotel premises and if any carries the same shall be treated as per the applicable laws of the jurisdiction |
| 9 | Allocation of rooms will be subject to availability |
| 10 | For advance booking if late check in is done, the vacant room (preferably same cadre but may be lower or higher cadre too in specific situations) shall be offered as replacement against the booked one |
| 11 | Any dispute to be a subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only |
